These are base-price calculations before cleaning, taxes and any other fees shown at checkout. The qualifying rate applies across the stay, not only its first 30 nights. A calendar month can contain a different number of nights, so enter your full dates and use the displayed booking total when comparing housing.
Check the monthly rental page for current pricing. Review when payment is due; a monthly-rate stay does not by itself mean payments are collected monthly.
Choose the amenities that matter between shifts
Laundry can be a practical consideration during an extended assignment. 724A Shawnee, 724B Shawnee and 724C Shawnee list an in-unit washer and dryer. Check the individual apartment for its other features and access requirements.
The Altitude Loft has a king bed, kitchen, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. It is an upstairs apartment requiring one indoor flight of stairs, and its occupancy limit is one guest. Other apartments have different guest limits and layouts.
If you work nights, tell us before reserving and ask about the bedroom's window coverings and daytime environment. Our quiet hours are 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.; those hours alone do not establish whether a particular apartment suits your sleep schedule.
