“We stayed 2 nights at the downtown loft. It was very quiet considering it is right downtown. House was clean and comfortable. Has all the basic ammenities. Tay responded to texts/emails promptly and answered any quesrions that we had. Parking is easy to get to and close to the front door. There are stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage or groceries (ad does mention this so we were prepared). We have several trips to Bartlesville planned while house hunting so will stay at one of Tay's properties again.”

“We were looking for affordability which this place was perfectly priced and met the needs. We were there for a college tour, so didn't spend a lot of time at the home. It was very convenient to the college which was great! This neighborhood is in an older part of Bartlesville that is being renovated and it was perfect for our needs. The neighbors do have two dogs however they were considerate and took them in each night about 930.”

“Highly recommend! Description is accurate, and the location is perfect in the heart of Bartlesville. Taylor was very responsive - so much so that we extended our stay at another one of Taylor’s properties. He was so helpful in accommodating us for another week as we remained by my mother’s side during her final days in hospice. We’ll seek his properties out next time we’re “back home” and continue to refer others.”

“This was our 2nd time staying here, and we enjoyed it just as much. Great location near downtown, easily able to walk places if needed. Multiple restaurants nearby to get food. Check in was easy, and everything was clean and well taken care of. Suited us for the 2 nights we needed with enough space for 2 adults, a 3 year only and an infant. Hosts are very communicative and helpful! Would recommend staying here!”
